1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a seller account and listing items on StripperCloset.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site as a seller.

2. Description of Service

StripperCloset.com is an online marketplace that connects sellers and buyers of clothing and accessories for the adult entertainment industry. We provide the platform for you to create your shop, list items, and connect with buyers. We facilitate payment processing but are not a party to the actual sale between you and buyers.

3. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

  • You must be at least 18 years old to sell on this Site
  • This Site is intended for use only by residents of the United States
  • By using the Site as a seller, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements
  • You represent that you have the legal right to sell all items you list
 

4. Seller Account Registration

  • You must create a Shop account to list items for sale
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information, including:
    • Valid email address
    • PayPal account information for receiving payments
    • Accurate shop name and description
    • Truthful representations about your items

5. Creating Your Shop

Shop Setup:

  • You may customize your shop name, profile, and bio
  • All shop information must be accurate and not misleading
  • You may not impersonate another person or business
  • Your shop name must not violate any trademarks or intellectual property rights

Shop Standards:

  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with buyers
  • Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Keep your shop policies clear and up-to-date
  • Honor the policies you set for your shop
 

6. Listing Items for Sale

What You Can List:

  • Clothing and accessories appropriate for the adult entertainment industry
  • Items must be accurately described with clear photos
  • You must own the items or have the legal right to sell them
  • Items must comply with all applicable laws

Listing Requirements:

  • Provide accurate descriptions including size, condition, brand, and measurements
  • Use clear, well-lit photos that accurately represent the item
  • Set fair and accurate pricing
  • Disclose any flaws, damage, or wear
  • Specify your return policy (if any)
  • Provide accurate shipping costs and timeframes

Prohibited Items:

  • Items that are illegal to sell in your jurisdiction
  • Counterfeit or replica items
  • Stolen goods
  • Weapons or dangerous materials
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Any items other than clothing and accessories for the adult entertainment industry
 

7. Pricing and Payments

Payment Timing:

  • Payments are typically processed within 24-48 hours of purchase
  • Funds are transferred to your PayPal account after commission deduction
  • Payment timing may vary based on PayPal’s processing schedule
 

8. Commission Structure

Commission Fees:

  • StripperCloset.com charges a commission on each completed sale
  • The current commission rate is displayed in your Seller Dashboard
  • Commission is calculated on the item sale price only (excluding shipping costs)
  • Commission is automatically deducted before payment is transferred to your PayPal account
  • All commission fees are non-refundable, even if you issue a refund to a buyer

Changes to Commission:

  • We reserve the right to change the commission rate at any time
  • You will receive 30 days advance notice via email before any commission rate changes take effect
  • The email will be sent to the address associated with your account
  • Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new rate
  • If you do not agree to the new commission rate, you may close your account before the change takes effect
 

9. Seller Obligations After Sale

Order Fulfillment:

  • You must ship items promptly (within the timeframe stated in your listing)
  • Package items securely to prevent damage during shipping
  • Provide tracking information to buyers when available
  • Ship to the address provided by the buyer
  • Communicate proactively with buyers about any delays

Customer Service:

  • Respond to buyer messages within 24-48 hours
  • Address buyer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Handle returns according to your stated return policy
  • Work in good faith to resolve disputes with buyers
 

10. Shipping Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for shipping items to buyers
  • You set your own shipping costs and methods
  • You must clearly state shipping timeframes in your listings
  • You are responsible for any shipping delays or damages
  • We recommend using tracking and insurance for valuable items
  • StripperCloset.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
 

11. Returns and Refunds

Your Return Policy:

  • You determine your own return policy for your shop
  • Your return policy must be clearly stated in your shop policies and listings
  • You must honor the return policy you establish
  • All return costs and logistics are between you and the buyer
  • StripperCloset.com does not process returns or issue refunds on your behalf

  • Issue refunds promptly when required by your policy
  • Note: You are still responsible for commission fees even if you issue a refund
 

12. Taxes

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your sales

  • StripperCloset.com does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf
  • We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding your obligations
  • You may receive tax documentation from PayPal regarding your earnings
 

13. Prohibited Conduct

As a seller, you may not:

  • List prohibited items (see Section 6)
  • Misrepresent items or provide false descriptions
  • Use photos that don’t belong to you
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Harass or abuse buyers or other users
  • Attempt to circumvent commission fees by conducting transactions outside the platform
  • Encourage buyers to contact you outside the platform to avoid fees
  • Spam or post irrelevant content
  • Manipulate pricing or engage in price gouging
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any illegal activity
 

14. Intellectual Property

Your Content:

  • You retain ownership of your product photos and descriptions
  • By posting listings, you grant StripperCloset.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your listings on the platform
  • This license allows us to show your items in search results, promotional materials, and social media

Platform Content:

  • StripperCloset.com retains all rights to the Site design, logo, and platform
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission

Respecting Others’ Rights:

  • Do not use copyrighted images without permission
  • Do not sell counterfeit or trademark-infringing items
  • Respect brand names and designer trademarks
 

15. Disputes with Buyers

  • Make good faith efforts to resolve disputes directly with buyers
  • Respond to buyer complaints professionally and promptly
  • StripperCloset.com may provide guidance but is not obligated to resolve disputes
  • PayPal’s dispute resolution process governs payment disputes
  • Frequent disputes may result in account review or suspension
 

16. Account Performance and Standards

Quality Standards:

  • Maintain accurate listings and descriptions
  • Ship items promptly and as described
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a professional shop presence

Account Review:

  • We may review accounts with multiple buyer complaints
  • Accounts with poor performance may be suspended or terminated
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies
 

17. Limitation of Liability

StripperCloset.com provides the marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for:

  • Your interactions with buyers
  • Disputes between you and buyers
  • Payment processing issues (handled by PayPal)
  • Shipping delays, damages, or lost packages
  • The success or failure of your shop
  • Any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIPPERCLOSET.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR SELLING ACTIVITIES.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StripperCloset.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site as a seller
  • Your listings and item descriptions
  • Your transactions with buyers
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any claims that your items caused harm or violated laws
 

19. Account Termination

Grounds for Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your seller account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Listing prohibited items
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresentation of items
  • Failure to ship items
  • Poor customer service or excessive complaints
  • Non-payment of commission fees
  • Abusive behavior toward buyers or staff
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

Effects of Termination:

  • Your shop will be removed from the platform
  • Active listings will be deleted
  • You remain liable for all outstanding commission fees
  • You must fulfill any pending orders
  • We may withhold payments pending resolution of disputes
 

20. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StripperCloset.com regarding your use of the Site as a seller.
